Customer Service Agent

We are looking for a new Customer Service Agent French and Spanish speaking!

Customer Service Agent-French/Spanish Speaking  (M/F)

Your Responsibilities

– Providing assistance through all common communication channels (no Phone) to our internal and external customers
– Assisting the department in reporting market activities.
– Assisting the fraud department with fraud checks and processes.

What we are also looking for

– Good understanding of communities
– Good command of French, as well as a broad knowledge of Spanish
–Strong communication skills
–Ability to work in a team
–Open-mindedness, determined and a sense of responsibility
–Good knowledge of MS Office
–A desire to quickly take on responsibility and learn a lot
– Team player and flexible
